Our app's Connectors feature allows you to seamlessly link your Shopify store. You can handpick your best-selling products and send emails using a customizable template. Our AI service ensures that each email is filled with high-quality, engaging content, keeping your users captivated.

Explore your data effortlessly in our Insights section. Utilize charts and graphs to analyze metrics like email click rates and open rates. Visualize your data on the dashboard for easy tracking and decision-making.

Sending emails is just the beginning. Take control of your email campaigns with our scheduling feature in the workflow. Customize how often you want to send emails to align with your marketing strategy.

While we aim to offer high-quality content, we cannot guarantee the perfection or accuracy of AI-generated content at all times.

Our services are provided "as is" and without any guarantees. Glue Labs will not be held liable for any content that does not meet customer expectations or any errors, inaccuracies, or other issues arising from AI-generated content.

Any content and analytics generated by our services may be used by Glue Labs to improve the quality and accuracy of our service offerings.

We will not share, sell, or disclose specific individual analytics or content to third parties without the explicit consent of the user, except as required by law.

We may view, copy, and internally distribute Content from your Campaigns, your Sites, your Third-Party Integrations and your account to create algorithms and programs ("Tools") that help us spot problem accounts and improve the service.

Users are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information, as well as complete data from their e-commerce stores.
The service may not be used for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.
Users should review and vet AI-generated content before distributing or publishing it.
Each login is for individual use only; sharing a single login among multiple people is not permitted.
Accounts created by automated methods or bots are not allowed.
Sending spam or using purchased, rented, or third-party email lists is prohibited.
If you provide us with feedback about the service, you grant us a global, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and modify that feedback as we see fit.

In no event shall Glue Labs, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

The use or inability to use the services.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Any other matter related to the services. The service is provided "as-is," and we do not provide warranties, conditions, or undertakings of any kind, either express or implied.

Glue Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Glue Labs does not allow accounts that endorse or incite harm towards others or that endorse content which is discriminatory, hateful, or harassing. This includes the following:

Threats of Physical Harm: This refers to any content, statement, image, advertisement, or material that, in our sole judgment, could be reasonably seen as a threat, advocacy, or incitement of physical harm or violence against others.

Hateful Content: This encompasses any statement, image, photograph, advertisement, or content that, in our sole judgment, could reasonably be perceived as causing harm, posing threats, promoting harassment, intimidation, abuse, or discrimination against others based solely on factors such as race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, disease, or immigration status.

Glue Labs may also suspend or terminate your account if, in our sole discretion, you fall into any of the following categories:

Organizations: That have publicly stated or acknowledged goals, objectives, positions, or foundational principles that could reasonably be seen as endorsing, encouraging, or supporting Hateful Content or Threats of Physical Harm.

Individuals: Who have publicly made comments or statements, or have otherwise publicly disclosed positions, including through their membership in organizations, that could be reasonably be perceived as advocating Hateful Content or Threats of Physical Harm.

Individuals or Organizations: That have acted in ways that, in our sole judgment, could reasonably be perceived as endorsing, condoning, encouraging, or representing Hateful Content or Threats of Physical Harm.

In summary, Glue Labs' policy aims to foster a safe and inclusive environment for all users by prohibiting content and behaviors that promote harm, discrimination, or hatred. Users found in violation of these guidelines may face suspension or termination of their accounts.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these ToS at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review the ToS. Your continued use after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated ToS.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glue Labs Private Limited is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
